Delivery
We will ship to the following countries: Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Austria, France, Italy, Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland, Czech Republic.
STAC Products uses Postnord/DPD as logistic representative.
Pallet delivery (FIREHUT fireplace for example)
NOTICE! The reason because we use pallet deliveries on Postnord pallet transport services, pallets run in accordance with their terms and conditions. For example, submit the product to the summer cottage, it is possible to bring just to the point where the truck is fully accessible. Otherwise, the recipient suitable for the place where Postnord vehicle has unobstructed access to, such as a freight terminal or home address. Barrier-free access, inter alia, to limit the location of the cottage on the island or along the forest road.
If the delivery address is on an island or on the way there is a ferry connection or the like different from the normal stretch of road, so delivery is agreed separately! Contact: vp@stac.fi
Package delivery (example, accessories and small deliveries) delivery by
1. PostNord MyPack Home-service. Delivery to your home address.
2. PostNord MyPack Collect-service in nearest collection point.
The customer can collect the PostNord MyPack Collect parcel from our collection points. The recipient will be notified of a parcel delivery in all countries by SMS or letter depending on the selected notification method. The recipient must verify their identity when collecting the parcel. If your country is outside of these listed countries please contact at via email: vp@stac.fi.

Depends country. You will see exact shipping price in your shopping cart before purchase.
Delivery time
Our typical delivery time in Finland is 2-5 working days and to European Union countries are, depending on the order and the method of delivery, 5-12 days. More specific delivery times are informed in connection with product descriptions. If a delivery cannot be made because the goods are not in stock or if it is delayed for other reasons, you receive a message.
Inspection of the delivery, errors and problems
Please inspect the delivery received promptly upon receipt. If a product is missing or damaged during the transport or if the delivery is otherwise not as you have ordered or if there is defect in the product, please notify this to our Customer service promptly and at the latest within 14 days so we can agree how to correct the situation. Regarding defects related to products ordered by consumers we adhere to the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection legislation.
